Getting started with Optum Price Wise
Optum Price Wise offers medications through Fuze Health. Specialty and infusion drugs are not available. To confirm your medications are available, view medications.
No, Optum Price Wise does not take insurance. To help you manage costs, we offer clear, upfront pricing. Prices are based on the cost of the medication, pharmacy fees, taxes, shipping and payment processing fees. You’ll see a price breakdown before ordering.
If your health plan allows it, you can use your receipt to submit a claim. Some or all of the cost may be reimbursed or count toward your deductible.

Prescriptions for long-term medications used to treat chronic conditions are usually eligible for auto refill. Prescriptions for short-term medications and controlled substances may not be. Expired prescriptions are also ineligible until a new prescription is provided.
Not at this time. Optum Price Wise only fills prescriptions for adults age 18 and older.
If your child’s prescriber has already sent a prescription to Optum Price Wise, you can contact the pharmacy of your choice and request that they transfer the prescription from us. You could also ask your child’s prescriber to send the prescription to a different pharmacy.

Fuze Health accepts debit and credit cards from all major card vendors and many HSA and FSA cards.
Yes, prescription medication is considered an HSA-eligible and FSA-eligible item. However, not all HSA and FSA cards can be used at Fuze Health due to limitations set by the card vendor. To confirm, contact your card vendor.
Fuze Health applies a $5 flat shipping rate for U.S. orders, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam. For those locations, shipping fees may be higher.
